Programme Support Group (PSG)

Group goals: The overall goal of this group is to support the project teams in national chapters with setting up and improving their projects. This comprises in particular:

Collecting and synthesising lessons learned from the chapter programme teams
Connecting persons with experience in programme management with those who need information
Researching best practices, handbooks and other useful information on programme management from external resources
Providing active consultation to chapter programme teams
Undertaking programme evaluations and accompanying the set up of monitoring systems (see M&E units)
