ETUDES SANS FRONTIÈRES International (ESFI) will hold its 2nd international Conference from May 8 to 11, 2015 and counts on your participation to workshops and discussions to make it a success.
The theme this year is
Peaceful Development through Higher Education – How to get involved with student solidarity for crisis regions
50 students from France, Germany and Canada will share their ideals, talent, experience and motivation with specialists in project management, strategic communications, fundraising, organizational developement, student volunteer work, etc.

Études sans frontières, section Québec, is very proud to announce the start-up of a new student association at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) under the banner Études sans frontières, section Québec. Presided by Leslie Mbimbi, a master’s degree student at UQAM’s School of Management, this new group has fund-raising projects for ESF as well as very exciting international projects of its own which be will disclosed in a few weeks. Angele Dufresne, ESFI board member and vice-president of ESF-Qc, also sits on the board of this association, as well as five other student members.
The group took part in a promotional activity at UQAM on February 4 2015, and recruited several new members. Mathilde Goursaud, in charge of the kiosk, with the help of Eva Franc, is seen here presenting the new ESF-Québec Student Committee logo. Held at lunchtime, this event intented to boost membership attracted many visitors from student ranks and academia.
